Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Arcus Forge LLC ("Arcus Forge LLC", "we", "us", or "our"), operating the ArcusForward division and the website arcusforward.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information. ArcusForward is a division of Arcus Forge. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit the contact or intake form, request or schedule a call, or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, work email, company, role, timeline, the type of engagement you are interested in, and the contents of your message or correspondence.
Scheduling information. If you book a call, the scheduling and calendaring is handled through Google Workspace (Google Calendar). Google processes the information needed to create and manage that appointment.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server log data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and timestamps, for security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.
Cookies. The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be used by our hosting/security infrastructure. If you follow a link to a third-party scheduling page, that provider may set its own cookies under its own policy.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
- To assess fit and schedule and conduct discovery calls;
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site;
- To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, and to comply with legal obligations.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: your consent; our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and securing the Site; and taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers / processors who act on our behalf, including Web3Forms (contact-form delivery), Google (Workspace email and calendar scheduling), and our website host (server infrastructure and logs);
- Professional advisors (such as legal or accounting) where necessary;
- Authorities or others where required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
4. Data retention
We retain inquiry and correspondence data only as long as needed for the purposes described here — to evaluate and pursue a potential engagement, for reasonable follow-up, and to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymized.
5. International transfers
We operate from the United States and our providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To exercise any right, email sales@arcusforge.com. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, access controls, and a static (server-side-minimal) site architecture, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; review their policies separately.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision; material changes will be indicated on this page.
