What the role actually is
You will
- Embed inside client teams as the accountable engineer on a hard AI problem
- Run discovery, architect the solution, and build it to production
- Apply the ArcusForward engagement framework and its security gates
- Transfer the capability so the client owns it after you leave
You are
- A senior software engineer who has shipped real systems to production
- Fluent with modern AI: LLMs, agents, RAG, evaluation, and their failure modes
- Comfortable embedding with a client team and owning ambiguity end to end
- Security- and compliance-minded by instinct, not by reminder
- A clear communicator who can earn trust with executives and engineers alike
- Biased toward shipping, honest about trade-offs
