About
Forward deployed, by design
ArcusForward exists to close the gap between enterprise ambition and software in production — by putting a senior engineer where the problem actually lives: inside your company.
Why we built this
Most companies do not have an idea problem. They have a delivery problem. Custom applications, integrations, and AI builds alike impress in a demo and then stall on the way to production — blocked by integration, security, data reality, and the simple fact that no one internally owns it.
Traditional consulting leaves a strategy deck. Staffing firms leave a contractor with no accountability for the outcome. Neither closes the gap. The model that works is the one elite product companies use internally: a forward deployed engineer — embedded with the customer, accountable for the result, gone once the capability is transferred.
We turned that model into a service, wrapped it in a delivery framework with explicit criteria and gates, and built security and compliance into the process rather than bolting it on at the end. ArcusForward is a division of Arcus Forge LLC — a verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
What "Arcus" means
Arcus is the arc — the trajectory from where you are to where you need to be. Forward is the direction and the method: deployed into the work, moving toward production. That is the whole thesis in one word.
Leadership
The people accountable for the work
ArcusForward is led by its founders — operators with federal-compliance and enterprise-security backgrounds, not a sales layer between you and the build.

Principles
What we will not compromise on
Outcomes over hours
We are accountable for shipping a result, not for filling a timesheet. Engagements are gated by milestones you sign off on.
Embedded, not external
Our engineers work inside your team and your environment. Proximity to the real problem is the whole point of forward deployment.
Honest scoping
We will tell you when AI is the wrong tool, when the data is not ready, or when the scope is too large. Trust is the asset.
You own everything
Code, infrastructure, documentation, and knowledge transfer to your team. No black boxes, no lock-in.
Security is not optional
We design inside your controls and treat security and compliance as phase gates, not paperwork at the end.
Leave them stronger
Success is measured by what your team can do after we leave, not just by what we shipped.
Let's talk about your hardest problem.
